I had an interview for an senior mgmt role at a bank and the interview was going very well. Beginning of the interview, she mentioned my resume was very impressive. She also said I was extremely intelligent and that I had a bright future; however they’re interviewing people with over 26 years of experience and would want someone more seasoned. I’m feeling super discouraged. Why bother with my resume at all?

Hi fishes,
Does anyone know how long it takes to get an communication for document upload for verification after getting an email for shortlisting and for keeping the list of documents ready from c2c@cognizant.com.
It was an off campus drive for freshers where my brother had applied and cleared all the rounds and it's been more than 2 weeks now since he received that email for keeping the docs ready for verification.

Hi Fishers,

43 days has passed in PDP with Timeline for me and there are still no projects avaliable on TMP based on my current skill set. I am upskilling my self as my Home manager asked me but this long period on PDP with Timeline is really making me nervous.
Should I be prepared for the worst and start looking for job change?
Anyone faced such an situation please suggest.

I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?

As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.
