I also slept in this morning! I've been feeling really off all week and I think I just needed to catch up on some sleep. Cleaning house this morning then I'll be getting outside to enjoy some sunshine! Can't ask for more than that!

I didn't let my emotional state impact my work too much for what felt like the first time ever. This was despite the many chances to the contrary. Is this growth? Pheeew. I struggled, but got through it

That is amazing! Emotional constancy is a challenge. Leaving our life's stressors and woes at the door is difficult l! So, I am super proud of you!

Question for all: Do any of you have (loud) Tinnistus? I developed it during a very stressful time at work when I was 'under investigation" for things that were untrue. It was a witch hunt by my principal and Supt. b/c I spoke up when I didn't agree with their policies (esp. during Covid). They killed our school, sports, and school culture and we lost a lot of students to other schools. When I'm teaching the tinnitus doesn't bother me as much but when I go home, exercise, try to sleep it is very loud. If any of you do have it have you found a way to calm it down??Thank you

Me, too!

I slept in, got up, had my protein coffee, went to the school to let a community group into the gym, and am now back home. I'm taking it easy this afternoon.

Nice and easy! Recharging those batteries takes time!

I have a toddler so I never sleep in anymore. My win of the week was working with my special education students to work on their class presentations. We have been working on this for months and they all presented on Friday in front of some of the other teachers and the principal. They all did phenomenal! So proud of all of them. They put their hearts and souls into this and it was evident.

That sounds so amazing, and bucket filling for sure! My twin toddlers sleep till 8, so compared to 5:30 it is a dream!

Hi Guyz,

Any one from
IBM ?

I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.

Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?
