So I am pretty good at my job.
I still can grow a lot, but I've built my career in-house, and have several short-lived positions on my resume due to balance sheet corrections, etc.

Just as I'm putting my life back together, I've gotten good at spotting warning signs. VP resigns without warning, no offer, and the org will not backfill. Budget just got cut to ribbons. Culture-wise, we lost our buffer, and I witnessed a grown man screaming at a subordinate.
Do I stay strong? Or plan my exit?

Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. Most importantly, struggling to tolerate how directors speak to me, whereas previously I wouldn’t take it personally and get on with it.
