So I applied to a big firm for two roles. Over the space of two months.

I got rejected within like 10 hours for both. I feel no one even read it. And I matched all the criteria.

Why does this happen? Assuming its auto rejected via the system. Anyone have any insights.

Any craft beer brewers here?

In the last two year I’ve gotten more and more into alcohol free beer. The selection in my country (Europe) is still small and mainly driven by the big brands (e.g. Heineken). My idea is to start my own small brewery which only produces alcohol free beer as a bit of a pendant to the booming local craft beer industry.
