So i gave 1st round of interview. Which went well. Got a mail to book the slot for 2nd round. But it never happened because I wasn't getting any confirmation after Booking the slot.

Fast forward to it...Hr said they will be releasing me OL. Which I received. For a L10 level senior Data engineer at AIOC.

Will they conduct any interview after joining or will this be a pool hiring. Not sure. Any ideas

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners. But it seems like a lot of businesses see this as a waste of time, even adding services and cutting costs. I guess either I’m looking for advice or considering not doing this anymore.
