So I have been identified as a person whom they have not been able to find a project since a few months almost 5. So after 5.5yrs at ey gds they are saying will move you to a common pool, will be disowned by my current vertical. Have tried to reach out to many people for project allocations too. But I see being let go from a vertical causes a negative impact. Any advice is great. Yes I have searched ijp roles too.
