So I have been offered a 6 plus month contract that has a higher title the same pay, is 30 minutes closer, and plays more to my skills, but currently I'm on contract for a job that's an hour away That's very stable very easy, The trade-off being no longer forced to get up at 5:00 in the morning to get to a job at 8:00 a.m. but there's no guarantee of work after the 6 months what looks like the better deal?

Hi everyone! First time using this app. I always wondered, how are other IT help desk jobs? I’ll share how mine is.
I work at an MSP (Managed Service Provider) meaning we are the IT services for many other companies. It’s busy all the time and I get to experience all different types of apps, OSes, and almost every aspect of IT in this way. I make around 50k which is alright but its hectic as there’s too many tickets and not enough personnel. I heard this is common but I’m not sure.
