We're getting married this spring and tonight my MIL and I were going over the layout of the reception hall and she kept asking why I didn't have a place for the cookie table... I looked over at my fiance and he wasn't any help. But MIL insists we have to have a cookie table at our wedding because it's a local tradition. Is this real, or is my MIL trolling me? Maybe she doesn't like cake?

A patient of mine essentially asked me to fraudulently bill his insurance the other day. My response was records can be audited at anytime which could result in my license being put at risk. He asked me how many times has that happened? I was like that doesn’t matter. I spent way too much time, money and effort to get to where I am.
