Nothing to talk about. These things happen!
Talk but at the right time. The adult thing to do.
Did you know they were gay/bi/etc.?
I would let him bring it up, otherwise let it go. if he’s a subordinate, that could bring more issues than you want. Definitely don’t bring that up in that case. 😞
You'll know people know when they start looking at you funny.
What do you want to achieve? Think about goals befire actions. E.g. If you want to hook up or date, talk about it and say you'd like to have more fun or deepen the relationship.
Have had a few of these and a client too, I never initiate but I’m way too easy if the vibe is right. I never mention it the next day but remain warm and open to the other person in the event they may feel anxious about it.
Just out here being my usual ho self, but this time on a dance floor instead of happy hour hahah
Whether you bring it should be based on whether the person was a direct report or boss, what all you did, and where you did it.
Ugh I’ve always been a good boy and never did it. Had two chances with two different younger guys. It was at the height of metoo though so no way I was taking that risk.
kind of curious to know what happened... update please!
@OP - I second KPMG, pls provide an update.
These things tend to happen alot. I'd say talk about it. If he's acting weird towards you, he's either embarrassed or it wasn't meant to happen on his end.
It happens don't make it wierd unless it was bad, if it was good hook up again
