That’s a tough spot to be in. Asking for a transfer multiple times is reasonable, and being ignored isn’t okay. Reaching out to HR shouldn’t get you fired—but I get why you’re cautious. You deserve clear answers and basic respect.

Voice your concerns without fear of termination. That’s literally illegal. Is definitely go to HR, otherwise the only other option you would have is to leave the place. I’d definitely leave on good standing to make the potential transfer a supported one. If they still don’t budge, I’d ask the supervisor if it’s ok if you reach out to the other location directly. You may have some luck there.
That's a lousy way to treat an employee. I suspect what's going on is that they don't want to deal with replacing you. It can be hard to find someone for overnight shifts, so once they have a good worker they don't want to let them go. The good news is that you're valued in the job, the bad news is that they might like you too much.
