My first AA job I overdid it and took on too much instead of setting boundaries so I was always working late or on weekends. If you find yourself working late a lot, I'd take a look at what you're doing and see if there is something you can talk to your manager or exec about letting go, or shuffling to someone else somehow. Like I was able to offload some tasks to the receptionist. Ideally, we shouldn't need to be working late with regular frequency.
I think working late is an indication that you're doing too much. And even if you're enjoying it, you're probably still getting overworked for what you're getting paid. I'd recommend trying to quanitfy your work and trying to get a raise, but also perhaps trying to set some boundaries to make it so you're not staying so late all the time. Even if you're enjoying it now, you'll likely experience burn out from it eventually
Your workload sounds more like an office manager or even a project coordinator. Admin roles can be all over the place, so if you’re managing it and enjoying it, that’s great.
