currently working in India with salary of 37lpa and over 7 year of experience as senior data analyst. Recently got a call from a company in Tallin Estonia. What is the average salary in Estonia for 7+ year experience as senior data analyst. And is it recommended to go with the opportunity.

One-year versus two-year MBA? I’m trying to stay in the same industry (CPG, not consulting) but increase my comp and seniority. I’m not worried about the internship. Any other downsides I’m not thinking of?

Hi All. I have a good job offer but I'm wondering whether I should negotiate comp. I made it clear from the beginning what my target for base comp was which is ~$10K over the top of the posted salary range for the job. I also said that I was comfortable proceeding with the interview process despite the top of that range being lower (somewhat weakening my position for later I suppose). The offer is at the very top of the range. Bonus is 5% less than what I get in my current job. Negotiate?

I work closely with the PMs at my current company and would love to get to do what they do. Is it possible to be a product manager without a technical background?
