Any idea about google project in HCL ?
Bain & Company Hi everyone,
I am currently working as a Software Engineer in Persistent Systems.
I have total exp of 8 months and serving notice period. I have offers from Mckinsey and BCG for their tech roles, but I wish to switch to consulting.
Could anyone please refer me or if you know someone who could refer me at Bain & Company for the Associate Consultant position?
Thank you in advance.

Create time slots for each project. This also depends on whether you are strictly just in meetings with them or also working on it outside of meetings.
P.S charge the hell out of those customers, your time is valuable
First thing you have to do is set the time expectation with the client that you are only available to them for 2 days/week. Then you structure the delivery team with strong leaders that can deliver almost autonomously without your regular presence.
Do this for each engagement, and pop in for important meetings, or when things are trending sideways to correct the ship.
System breaks down around 4-5 clients
Yeah, it’s both meeting and deliverables, also on multiple laptops… it’s pretty much like having 2/3 jobs. I guess it’s the expectation in consulting but it’s kinda exhausting.
I track my time with a time tracker and change it for each client in order to charge the correct time
Yea you will have to let your customers know about when you can give them 100% of your attention and they have to abide by it. You will also need to create a “no-meeting just work”time slot as well to focus on deliverables. Also, advise your clients to look into virtual machines 😂, having multiple laptops for projects is crazy in the cloud world we live in today
