Sr.PM with more than 12+ years of exp in product. Currently, working remotely in a health tech company that is not performing well. I am trying to find a new job and have been applying for past 2 months for remote positions and no luck. Should i just continue working here until 1 more year while i prep for FAANG companies (OR) should i just take any company that comes across my way given the Job market. I am looking only for remote as i am a care taker for young kids. Thank you.

Curious to know what you've seen as working to non working dollars split in Canadian agencies. Reference any specific brands (or categories) if you can. If you’re at B4, would you get any serious consideration at M7s if you tried to matriculate right when you hit the 3 year mark (apply at 2)? I hear that a lot of MBB people do this but the standard timeline for B4 seems to be to matriculate at 4 YOE.

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?
