Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Plenty of firms out there offer internships for people his age. Should just be a matter of looking online for opportunities in your area
The area of engineering is very broad because if you want a job that works for you in the future, you must already know what branch of engineering you want to study. But I know very well that many companies that are dedicated to welding or mechanics are looking for recent graduates with minimal knowledge to train them.
Your brother is on the right track as far as I'm concerned... a lot of people go straight from high school to university, and it isn't always the best course of action. If he wants to be an engineer, the sky's the limit as far as specialties go: there are fields of engineering that deal with biochemistry, city planning, product design, nearly anything you can think of. His best bet would be to pursue any job that allows him to flex his creative mind while following scientific/logical principles. A vague description but that's what he should look for.
Usually the best course of action if he's looking to build a professional/academic resume is to go with larger corporations with easily recognizable names: think Boeing, Microsoft, GM, something along those lines. The name of the company is often more impressive than the job title when applying to colleges.
That's good, gives him time to figure out which type of engineering he's into. Interdisciplinary subsets of engineering use skillsets from pretty much every industry, the best thing is to keep his mind active so that he won't lose inertia and get stuck working in the first job he gets for the next 20 years. https://www.engineer4free.com/ has a lot of good resources and I'd highly recommend it because it is difficult to keep your brain in "school mode" once you get out into the Big Wide World. Best of luck to your bro!!!
