Producer - $75k- $100k
Sr producer 1 $90k-$130k... maybe more? Not sure

like

No, I think there is a misunderstanding. I don’t make $170K, I make $160K (not that is a huge difference). What I said was, if the poster is staying in a Sr. Producer role with 10 years of experience, she/he should be making $150-$160K. If they’re going for an executive producer role I would not take less than $170K. I don’t think I have a high salary, I think it’s fair. We should all fight for fair compensation. I consider myself to be a very good producer and I make a fair and decent salary for my hard work.

Ah I see., thx. No I just can’t take office politics stress at that level anymore. I’d so appreciate POV on modest but reasonable comp in NYC for both Senior Prod and just Prod. Anyone else, thoughts as to fair staff comp?

These rates seem really high to me too. I thought $150,000 and up was more for an EP.

800-1000/day

Thx, what about for staff you think?

I was implying OP should apply as an EP

Depends on the agency. Some elevate juniors really quickly and give the titles but not the money.

Folks who conduct interviews at FAANG level companies (behavioral and technical): what is it that you are “actually” looking for in candidates? I realize there are standards you’re making sure folks live up to, but is there ever a role that “gut feeling” plays in people you accept or reject?

hey folks, I am going to join Oracle ossi in Hyderabad location. I have never been to Hyderabad, and will be relocating. Please guide on what would be good areas to look for rent. Also, what would be rent like for 2/3 bhk. Ideally my budget for rent would be <25k. Initially I will be going but in future my family will join me once I am settled. Any points to note or any other gotcha to keep in mind ? Please suggest.

I spent a year in tax investigations where I believe I was thriving ( I was going to be an assistant manager in July 2023), I had a lot of assistant manager jobs, I even drafted a Code 9 report to HMRC which my manager said was 80% of an actual report, he then added the 20% and submitted it.
After I realised I couldn't maintain all the unpaid overtime I was working I decided to take a turn and go to compliance, so now I work in CT compliance. I feel very surpressed.
