The 5-5-5 Method simple.

When a conflict comes up, follow these steps:

• Person A speaks for 5 minutes
• Person B speaks for 5 minutes
• Joint discussion for 5 minutes

Each person gets their time to speak and be heard before discussing a resolution together.
