I am negotiating an offer (moving from another company - not in-house promotion).
Do Senior 3 get cars ? Or can they even ask for one when moving to EY?

Is it a fail of character leaving biglaw? I want to leave, but despite the constant stress and suffering, I can’t avoid feeling like it’s my fault or that maybe I’m over exaggerating how I feel.
