Struggling to get manager interviews. I’ve got 2 YOE in audit B4, 1 year GL experience and now 2.5 YOE in CMAAS. Is a manager role truly out of reach or should I keep pushing?

Completed all rounds of PWC interview until partner for a Manager position. I guess it went well. Most likely up for promotion this mid year at current firm. I have an interview tomorrow to work at a fintech startup. I'm slightly worried as I'm not sure what it'll be like working While they use functional programming which I enjoy, I'm concerned about how much pressure I'll be under.
