Submitted my e-Nomination on EPFO portal but it’s still showing as “Pending.” Deloitte USI is asking for it to be in “Successful” state before 14th July (my joining date). Any idea how long it takes or how I can expedite this? It’s really urgent. Please help if you’ve faced this before.

I need your help, please. I have a student who simply does not stay on track unless an adult is monitoring him. His quizzes go unfinished and writing assignments are put aside to browse online.
I also would like to ask if there is a way to prevent him from browsing other websites online during instructional time?

I am open to suggestions on how to keep him on track during Math and Writing assignments. Any assistance with this would be helpful.

I'm realizing I don't really have any "healthy" ways of relaxing outside of work, so drop whatever you got. Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
