Was just invited to a first round interview with PwC - Real Estate Advisory and Deals (senior associate) in Toronto. I just graduated university and would appreciate any insight or tips! The interview structure will be several recorded answers - with 3 minute answers allotted for each question. Thanks!

X7 and GLS are a good options. Both slightly smaller, more luxurious, and can opt for captains chairs.

I had the same issue with my X3/M… 10K miles for each set, because they’re performance tires… if you swap them out for all weather/all season, they last for 50-60K… when you change the setting in iDrive it kills the power a little bit, but it saves $3K for a new set…
7 seats but smaller than Escalade/tahoe/Yukon scale means making compromises somewhere. Either a back row with next to no leg room or zero cargo space when the rear seat is up.
XC90 is my pick in the medium sized 7 seater category. Works well for our family but definitely will outgrow it as the kids get older / bigger
I went with an MB GLS. I was a former GM exec so I had Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade and their larger variants for many years as a work vehicle.
If you get a German OEM, just make sure you get the extended warranty if you plan on keeping it. I’ve already made back my value of the warranty 2x.
I have RR LWB 7 seat and it’s great but terrible trunk space when 7 seats in use
That’s the problem with most 7 seater SUV. We got a van and the trunk is great. We rented a suburban and its trunk was huge, but so was the overall vehicle which got annoying after a while.
Higher end Palisade
Lexus TX - The 3rd row is as big as a suburban and so is the trunk.
Agree - I went with an Audi and had them throw in an extended warranty to 7 years/70k miles
The new navigators are really sweet worried about size the aviator or new Pathfinder. If you want a little more luxury and sized between those big American three rows is the Jeep grand Wagoneer the grand Highlander or my pick would be a Rivian rs1
