One of TOP MNC (CHUBB) offered me 18 lpa . I got counter offer of 28 lpa from CGI .
Today I called that TOP MNC (CHUBB) same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CGI but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me. Despite these two collections have a 712-720 credit score.

So mortgage lenders care at all about the collections or is it mostly the credit score that matters?
