Our team supports both external clients and other internal teams pretty heavily, but the granularity of our time tracking is getting out of hand to the point where clients have sometimes 20+ time codes and our internal work is heading in the same direction. It giving tedious time suck vibez and I’m not here for it 😭 is this normal???

Finally leaving my position at a nonprofit in DC and I didn’t think I would be so excited. The office has been closed to clients since the pandemic, but the ED decided that we HAVE to start coming in to the office for some reason, and had a stern talk to me that I need to be in at 10AM ON THE DOT, even if I work through lunch and take calls on the weekends. Started looking for a job the day of, and found one that is flexible and pays $15k more. Now why would I even stay?
