Anyone have taken certificate courses from Harvard Extension School? Are they worth the ‘Harvard’ name?

My partner is looking into going back to school for a masters in sustainability management. He is looking at a program through the Harvard Extension School Sustainability Management certificate. I’m wondering if anyone has done this? Or recommends a program they hear good things about? Preferably online so we don’t have to move! TIA!

i left deloitte risk advisory due to personal reasons in sep 2021 (time off since july 2021) as the work got a bit much and my situation at home was complex.

i applied for a snr consultant role in consulting (strategy & ops, indus. redesign & innov.) and saw my app. got shortlisted. this role looks more suited for me and im super interested in it, more so than my prev. exp at D but you never know haha. whats the process like/how likely will i progress?

Question, I just got a new position dealing with Power Automate, Power Apps, Agile and SharePoint. What career path or jobs could come from this experience? I am relatively new in tech but got some experience in tech.

Does anyone know if there’s a quick way to export all color values in InDesign? So I don’t have to always open a color and copy/paste the individual values for Brand Guidelines every time.

I don’t have many friends and I don’t have a best friend.. this really weighs on me. I moved around my whole childhood, had a short studying-filled college experience and as soon as I started working COVID hit. I feel really alone and I’m not sure what to do, everyone around me seems to have lots of long lasting friendships. I had a couple close friends who ended up being very poor friends so I cut them off.. at this point I’m not sure if I even know how to be a friend or how to make one.

Anybody else struggle speaking with offshore team? They don't really answer my questions directly and not the best at explaining things, I have to ask several times to get the answer from them. The communication is not the best despite us having our own internal meetings, the client asked about the progress of a task I wasn't even aware I had to do! The team knows what they're doing and do a great job, but communication can be so hard sometimes.
