Seeing this news, I can only think of the mishaps that I went through after joining them. I was promised a full-time position and told that I will be converted at the earliest in a month to a full time position. However, not only did this happen, they kept me waiting 3 months, 6 months, etc. Following which, at the 6month mark, they said my contract was being extended (comments)

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?
