Thave joined an organisation 1 month before and got my first salary. They don't have EPF or NPS, instead they have their own pension trust.
I am not comfortable to work this organisation and I am holding another offers also. Is there any issue if I quit this organisation by returning laptop and without serving notice period.? I don't have any plans to keep this organisation name in cv or BGV forms.
Kindly share your suggestions.

Case 1 If u r 100% sure that there is no PF deduction/no PF Account creation, also do check on EPFO portal ,there will be no PF entry of your current org., and since u worked only 1 month and want to leave , you may leave just inform them first ,then Leave. Don't show work exp of short duration (1 month in this case) in yr CV when u plan to join next Org, there will not be a problem in BGV , because no PF entry.

Case 2 Also note PF creation sometime happens 2-3 months of joining and it then reflects on epfo

If PF creation/deduction is there ,then you must serve the notice period and then leave with proper exit.

Ideally for all cases, one should leave with proper exit only and not abscond irrespective of PF creation or not.
