Create physical boundaries and routines that help you "switch off". For instance, I only do work in my office and when I exit, I close the blinds and turn off the lights. This signals my brain that I am finished. For any home related work that I do, I do it in a totally separate computer (personal) and I do it in my bedroom or another area of home that is not associated with my office. Sounds silly, but I also have a certain sweater and shoes that I wear in my office, which I change out of when I exit.

Today I went to a coffee shop cause I’m off from one job and it was SO NICE. Need to do this more often. Taking off one place to catch up at the other is nice but never feels like a break so I’ll be trying to relocate more often for sure
I just work all the time. 😅
