The hiring at TMUS is not transparent at all.. How can we say YES to a number without knowing the whole breakup?

The HR says, as per policy, the breakup of whole CTC shouldn't be shared prior offer rollout... Then, how can we acknowledge the same?

I asked to talk in fixed numbers, but they r only talking in total CTC which has nearly 15% of the base like a variable pay.. And, when asked how much of it will be paid - No answer 😮..
