The weather is finally getting nicer, and I can feel my focus slipping a bit during the workday. I have been experimenting with starting earlier so I can get meaningful work done before the sun comes up and the day fills with distractions. It is not perfect, but it has helped.

Curious what has worked for others. How do you stay focused when summer weather and activities start pulling your attention outside?

After BCA + MBA I was always looking for functional roles like Pre-sales, Busiess analyst, etc. But now I'm completely in sales with 3 yrs of experience.
Also I have seen that some people have switched from Sales into BA, Pre sales, Product management, etc.
I also want to hop in BA, Pre-sales any advice for me ?

My current CTC is 4.2 lpa and even a fresher earns more than 6+ lpa.
