I'll share my experience and urge you to share yours:

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

What's your experience? Let's all learn.

I got an offer from Natwest. My current company is accenture and they are offering me to promote as an assoc manager if i take my resignation back. Shall i consider it? What whould i prefer Nat west or promotion in Accenture. How much hike accenture gives while promoting? Any inputs?

I’v been in digital marketing for almost 5 years. I want to switch to marketing operations or research, because I find I’m better at and more interested in market research, audience research than keyword research or writing ad copies. I applied for some marketing research and operations roles, but no luck.

I understand I don’t have enough direct experience and platform experience, like Nielsen.

Any advice?

Now i figured out that I don't like consulting. came here because of money & now I am fucked.Not able to cope up with expectations and learned just Adv. excel and SQL.
Not an introvert but here we require so much of gathering & collaboration.
Your seniors will be telling you to reach out people when you are stuck , but they are so stuffed with work that even for a very small query all day goes by.
-Recent ZS Joiner in need of money but don't want to do work.

As of now there is no intimation except Idfy verification. Would be great help if you please suggest.

1 year experienced BOA here, expectations were huge before joining ZS and the situation is completely reverse out here other than left and anti joins couldn't see any potential consulting work done by me during this tenure. Is it the same case with all, if not please suggest possible explore/move options?
