Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Quite the opposite, people are pretty vocal at my work. Almost having to go out of their way constantly to make sure everyone knows where they stand. I’m more of the neutral type, just want to get in and get out.
I just avoid political talk at work. About as far as I'll go is commiserating about how chaotic the economy is. The problem with talking about politics today is that most people are just repeating what they hear on their preferred social media channels. So there's really no point to having the conversation, unless you want to hear what their cranky uncle on Facebook has been reposting.
I agree, but it is nice to have a few like-minded people at work who do their own research and fact-checking like you do and who have a more “grey” approach to the world instead of a black and white one like most people do these days.
The spot I’m at, people are either overly brazen with their political opinions if they are hard left or hard right or they’re cautious if they’re more center leaning because they see points from both sides but piss off everyone else. I’m of the second category. I’ve got about 4 people I can comfortably talk about politics with who either see eye-to-eye with me or who disagree in a more reasonable manner and aren’t so quick to feel personally attacked by whatever I say. One individual in particular who is hard right loves to make everything political. My very first day on the job, I shadowed him for about an hour just minding my business and helping him where he needed me and he asked me about my political views. I started with how I wasn’t sure if that was the best conversation to be having on my first day, but after he insisted on knowing my political views for a solid 10 minutes, I gave in and said, “Well, I’m not the biggest fan of Trump (this was shortly after his first term ended and Biden went into office).” He cut me off before I could finish and started spewing, “Oh so you’re a BIDEN fan? Well, you’re not gonna make a whole lotta friends here, then. I’m gonna make sure I tell everyone in the shop you’re a libtard!” and I had to slow him down and explain that I wasn’t a fan of Biden either. Just in general, everyone around here is so black and white with everything and it makes it impossible to speak to anyone when all they wanna do is turn every conversation into some political deal.
I have found, although very difficult, to stay clear of politics in the office. Mainly because I am on the far side of most of my coworkers. The wrong things can get you fired.
Two things you don't discuss at work, religeon and politics. If it comes up , stay out of it, Those two things create the most trouble in getting along with your co-workers. If they ask you opinion, tell them it has no place at work and get back to doing real work you're getting paid for.
There are people on social media that are giddy about disowning their own families. Imagine them, in positions of power, in the workplace.
Time was I would do overnight maintenance with a manager on the complete opposite end of the left-right axis and we could have good conversations about how we'd solve world hunger while we waited for indexes to rebuild or whatever. More often than not we found we could each hold our 10% of each side that the other person didn't agree on and find 80% of the middle of an issue essentially being free real estate. It made for a better working relationship overall.
Nowadays I'll joke about doing things in record numbers at levels nobody has ever seen before, but I'll otherwise avoid direct commentary.
The business model for politics and news entertainment is conflict, and it's not in their interest for you to find things to agree on with the people outside your faction.
