Buy a new game or engage with other hobbies for a while.
Take a break and come back later. Try something different to see if you fancy it. Same thing happened to me as I mostly loved jRPGs and was very excited for ff7R when I loved the original but it felt like a chore.For me I think I have much more on my mind now responsibilities wise and it influences my ability to focus on a game and enjoy it. I noticed saying on a airplane disconnected from my responsibilities I was able to enjoy.
But back home I found more engagement getting a wheel and stand and $3.50 NFS heat on steam sale.
Try a new genre, or try and play with people you know.
If those don't work just take a break
