Hello Bro. Can I ask you respectfully, "Layoffs are common why are you worried more? At least in the GITC account, 80% of employees have worked for 1.5 years. Baxter didn't remove brutally within 3 months. Be happy. why are you crying?"

HR Bro. Just six months back, I left Baxter. I have not been crying for many years. The unprofessional word "Crying" itself says your brutal mindset. Hire and fire may give you happiness until you face the situation. In Baxter, The managers don't know why they are hiring and why they are firing. Employees are not crying to hire. Employees are victims of bad management
