This is our new work policy: No babysitting. No clock policing. No micro-managing. Remote, hybrid, or in-office—no matter where you work, it’s your results that count, not your hours. Own your grind, bring solutions, and deliver consistently. Accountability and autonomy are non-negotiable. If you need hand-holding, this isn’t your place. Show up ready to perform, respect your teammates, and keep the energy high. We’re here to level up, not babysit or watch the clock.

“Own your grind” 🥴

“Own your grind” isn’t just a slogan—it’s the baseline. If you’re clock-watching or waiting for hand-holding, you’re already behind. We don’t babysit; we build. Results over excuses, every time.

It’s happening.
AI is taking over.

Anyone have recommendations on how to switch to a client side role in a different city/part of the country? I'm still fairly junior with a few years under my belt but I've always targeted this specific company as my "dream company" and feel now is the time to try to make a move before a) being called back to the office and b) while the job market is hot. It would be a big move geographically but I'm worried me being far away will knock me out of the running despite qualifications. Any advice?
