This is sort of the reverse of another post here - I look really young and I'm a PA, and I've noticed that people sort of look at me like they don't trust I really know what I am talking. I'm told by peers that I sound very confident, but I still get a lot of questions that I don't think someone of an older age would. Anyone else - is it just me?

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? I feel left out in my firm. How do I make 'friends' with my colleagues? I've been here for a year. I am naturally not a very out going person, was never 'cool' and I struggle to speak in group situations / make engaging conversation with higher ups. For those of you who made the switch to in house/corporate law, what was your experience like? Did you have to take a lower position to gain the experience or were you able to argue that your soft skills were transferable to in house?
