Hi all, I have a final round of interview at Meta for a PM position and the HR told me that I would be assigned an existing PM to help me prep better and to ask any questions about the next rounds. Unfortunately she has not assigned anyone yet after multiple follow ups and I have my interview on Monday. Could anyone guide me on what I should do? Should I be raising this during my interview?

Some folks have recommended doing it without permits because it takes ages to get approved, thoughts? I mean is building without a permit common practice?

Short of being told directly, how can you tell if you’re a star junior associate (or at the very least, a very good associate)? Rising third year for context.

How many are experiencing more anxiety than usual? What’s causing the added anxiety, besides lower than expected billable hours?

I’m a litigator lateraling to a V20 that has agreed to give me a full market YE bonus. But I know their conflicts process can take a long time, which could result in me leaving my current job as late as December. (1) Would they judge me for asking for 2 weeks between jobs, given that this could mean I get a 2021 bonus despite barely working for them in 2021; (2) Could they ask for me to wait for my bonus at my current firm before leaving if conflicts clears on the later end?

Just joined a firm where they had appeared to be expanding their corporate group and kept seniors fairly happy. I come on my first day and find out those seniors have left for v10 firms, leaving me much closer to the fire than I expected.
