I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Currently a mgr(1st year) at a risk advisory practice in ny ( ~150 base, 6 yrs exp) Got an offer from a foreign bank- VP level, 165 base + 20k sign on. I was thinking of asking for 170k + 30k sign on

I received offer letter from Accenture mentioned joining date is 1st-Oct-22 as I had told them that my notice period is of 3 month,Later I got to know that it is 1 month as i am still in probation. So I asked them to give early joining.

HR told me to put resign and let him know my LWD and as per that he will send revised offer letter.
My last working day is 20 July. Still I haven't received revised offer letter.
