Thoughts?

Just sat in a pitch debrief meeting with 3 EVPs talk about how happy they were to have brought the male "eye candy" account guy to the meeting even though he added "nothing of value" to the pitch.

We are starting couples counseling soon. Nothing majorly wrong, just that we hurt each other sometimes through words and actions. Any tips / word of advice to approach therapy and get the most out of it?

Do you have your Teams/Slack notifications mute at a certain hour? If so, when?

Will a bad cover letter hurt my candidacy? What constitutes a bad cover letter? Is it even worth submitting one to avoid this risk? Will a good cover letter help?

Starting a new job next month, and considering taking two days off for kids’ spring break next month. Not sure whether it’s appropriate to request time off for a new job (I would’ve preferred not to take any time off for first three months). I may just be able to just ask for a single Friday off (so 1 day rather than 2 days).

Any thoughts on whether I should proceed with the request? I just came from big law and want to make sure I’m not making a bad impression on my colleagues.

Anyone can recommend a good transcriber? Or auto transcript thing wtv. I got hours of audio to go and I’m fucking dying
