Coming in new you should be fine. Current folks are getting screwed hardcore. The people I am hiring are making a lot more compared to their peers.

No I’m saying I’m at BofA in credit and got a 50% increase using outside offers. Still here.

Good comp if you are coming from the outside. Aim high because once you are in you won’t see many big salary increases through the normal annual bumps or promotions. Culture is good where I work but it’s different everywhere.

I hear really good things about them. They have a reputation for providing wlb and having good culture. I think they offer great benefits as well.

Yeah agree with above. Love my manager so makes the job much better. Comp is dependent upon your willingness to leave in my experience. I got outside offers to bring my comp in line with market.

Not consulting but sales question. My wife is leaving an evil software giant that many of us work with and implement on a daily basis because they didn’t pay their sales reps their commission this year because they changed from bookings to consumption but based quota on bookings... anyway - fiscal year end is 6/1 and commission is payed 45 days in rear on 7/15 - she is supposed to get 8k (of 90) and we’re wondering if she leaves 6/2 she is legally owed her commission? (Guess the company)
