What fitness challenges are you doing (or have come across) for the month of April? Any fitness goals?

I told myself I would not be that person who quits during busy season but I am reaching my limit with PA. My mental health has been in shambles for years and I have found the years passing by with me doing nothing but work. I am anxious all the time even when on PTO, and I'm so close to just quitting with nothing lined up to take a mental break. Just wanted to rant.

Recently stopped taking Concerta (after taking it for almost 2 years at varying doses) because it started having some negative effects on my heart rate. Why does my therapist make me feel worse almost every time after therapy? Is this for real ?

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. It’s not changing in the last several years and it’s impacting our relationship. Anyone have experience with their SO dealing with untreated anxiety? I am planning to start IUI cycle this summer and have booked Pfizer vaccine mid April. Two questions (note I recently recovered from Covid so have antibodies)

1) Have unverified maybe misconception that vaccines affect fertility. Any opinions on this? My developing country family is freaking out and suggesting I vaccinate after I get pregnant.

2) My donor is fully vaccinated and did Pfizer, another rumor that it’s better that parents have same vaccine? Is this true?
