It’s like many UK based firms, pay is on the low side for a large firm. Does a lot of insurance related law - seem to be fairly adept at that practice.

Very London-centric. Really political at the partner level (and that filters down to the associates). Open plan offices that is replicated in all their offices with same table/chair and colour scheme.

I wasn't based in a US office but 13 associates/partners resigned in 12 months when I was there.

Could be just me but I hated every minute of it.

Came across a job opportunity at a real estate lit firm, landlord tenant issues primarily. I am very happy with my current ID firm aside from pay, but I’m up for my first raise in March.
