Hello, I am currently an inventory control manager and I would like to take the next step in my career and transition from warehouse/inventory management to supply chain management. However, I am not confident that I have the necessary experience to be successful as an SCM and will not get that experience at my current company or in my current role. Has anyone ever been in a similar situation and can share some advice? Thanks

Hi guys I switched my company in the month of January. In this new organisation the tax wasn't deducted in the starting 2 months i.e. for Feb and March. Now while filing ITR what would be the process? Can anyone comment on this?
I hate people defending themselves or others who use ADHD meds recreationally. Like I shouldn’t blame them for all the trouble I have to go to every month to get my prescriptions because it’s a bigger societal problem. 🙄
Is it really possible to find an investment property that can cash flow positive in today’s day and age? I feel like I’ve tried multiple states (TX, TN, AL) and the numbers didn’t look amazing even to start but now repairs coming in and just takes away what little cash flow was coming in. Is this strategy not really feasible unless I pay down payment more than 25% to keep mortgage payments low?

Have an old colleague that volunteered me as a reference without asking ahead of time and lied about the way we interacted. She said I was her direct report which is a massive lie. This person then proceeded to try to derail my day by asking me to hop on an urgent call to fabricate the reference I’m supposed to give them. I’m angry but it’s also hard times. Someone pls be the voice of reason and tell me how you’d react?
I’m interviewing for a role that is open to both remote and in-person (when it’s safe) work. Should I give salary expectations based on cost of living in the city where the office is located or based on where I’d live working remotely? Cost of living in the office location is a lot higher than where I’d live but since they are also considering in-person candidates, I know the budget is there.
I’m currently in the third stage of interviewing for a full time role at a big tech company that’s notorious for having long interview processes. I’m past the initial recruiter screening, interviewed with hiring manager, and am next speaking to another manager. I now have an active offer for a contract role at the same company. I’d prefer the full time position. Can/should I tell the FT recruiter about this contract offer? Will it speed anything up? How do I approach this?
