Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

How many deals (M&A) is appropriate for a first year attorney? I'm wondering if I should be challenged more and worried I'm not excelling enough. I don't like having idle time, and feel like I grow more effectively with ongoing challenges. Not experiencing that now

Guys I am 3rd year graduating Student, but having 2 years of experience in Angular Development, worked on 6,7,8,9 and currently working on version no. 10 of Angular.
I have completed 7 months in my current organization.
Here, there are a lot of politics going on.
I don't see my growth here.
What should I do ?
Should I wait for my graduation to complete i.e.(1 year) or I should look out for some other organization without wasting any time ?

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. My position puts me in a place where I need to interact with my new coworkers but they are not as welcoming as I expected. There is also another surgical coordinator however I have come to find from other staff that there is a long history of her running other staff away and not fully training other surgical coordinator staff properly.
