If it’s more than one page it’s a CV. Resumes are one pagers only IMO
One page only unless you’re a blowhard in academia
No
Mine is 2 pared down to skillsets, 10 years of experience, and education: 3 degrees... Oops didn't realize was in the kiddie bowl. 😆
This guy!😆🤣
I’ll commit a crime, it’s not enough that I make sure you don’t get the job
Tl;dr if more than one page.
No
Thoughts on Tinder bios being longer than a paragraph?
something ain’t right, like when you take a sip of water and it turns out to be sprite
My CV is 42 pages long and covers 33 years of consulting I find it a useful resource to remember everything I have done and I use it to build CV’s for particular applications. In fact there is a blog post in the US by one of my peers that says unless your Karl Smith you should have a 2 page CV. And I agree with that. I also have a two page CV. I don’t include school/High School qualifications just my last one which was a Masters in Computer Science completed in 2006. In that I include all the modules because they are great key words. A one page CV would concern me as a potential employer as while it shows an adept mind to reduce content to valuable insights it also raises the question around lack of experience. Secondly I always check business and social media on each candidate to see what’s true and what’s not true.
You can make it a one-liner and say, “I do taxes.”
If you have enough experience to warrant 2 pages without fluff, go for it. More than 2 isn't advisable.
Terrible idea! They look at your resume on average of a few seconds… one page + cover letter AT MOST.
