I had my hydrosonogram, trial embryo transfer, and an overall check of my uterus. Due to my muscle thickness, they're recommending with my next pregnancy to have another c-section. I tried Googling but can't find any info. Anyone been through this before and know what they're referring to? I just like to be as informed as I can.

Need advice: 30 Weeks and feel like third trimester has been an emotional rollercoaster. Get upset very easily and any small comment made by my husband makes me cry. My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I am on my second IUI attempt - I have PCOS and this time the ultrasound found no mature follicles after five days on letrozole. My RE is “stair stepping” the letrozole - moving to 5 mg immediately - in order to force ovulation. Has anyone experienced this? Taking letrozole mid-cycle?

I am embarking on egg freezing soon and I got some unpleasant news today after a scan. I had a scan 2 months ago and my follicle count was slightly low then. As I was on birth control at the time, I had to go off it and repeat the scan two months later. In the 2nd scan we found that I only had 6 follicles and that we would only be able to get 4-6 eggs per cycle. I am 36 and I decided to start this process now more just as backup. Folks, I received a letter from insurance denying IVF coverage. I am 37, had a miscarriage in March and have not been able to conceive since. I am absolutely distraught and broken. Anyone successfully take STD or extended long term disability for final IVF procedure? I’d like to take 6 months, Destress before hand then go into extraction. Docs say if this doesn’t work they recommend I move onto other options so I want to give it a fair shot. My clinic will fill out fMLA / medical forms but not sure who ultimately decides the duration. Should I also consider other mental health leave alternatives? Thank you!
