Thoughts on RTO after the OMG/IPG merger? I believe Omg is fully RTO at the moment. What would that mean for the IPG employees with hybrid contracts or remote working in other state ? I know they’re currently only hiring people within the tri-state area, but what would the Plan BE? layoff anyone that isn’t in that area, how did approach the RTO mandate?
