How much are the referrals at your job ?
Hi guys,
Could you please tell me which company to join? Considering wlb and learning opportunities as I'm still a fresher. I have recieved offers from tech Mahindra, Deloitte, Brillio, temenos and accolite. Which is better to join for 1.5 years of experience, considering new learning opportunities and wlb. Accolite is paying 100% more than Deloitte.
Accolite Digital Deloitte USI Brillio Temenos AG Deloitte
PS:please state the reasons for the same thanks.

Suite nights expiring, anyway to extend?
Sounds like you aren't focused on earning points, but big thing with Residence Inn and Town Place Suites is that you earn half as many points as all other properties. Courtyard, Fairfield, and Spring Hill Suites are on the lower end, safe bet is to go for whichever is newest/most recently renovated. JW Marriotts are generally the best (without getting into the Ritz and Edition properties), followed by Renaissance, then generic Marriotts and Autograph. Since Autographs were former independent hotels, quality can vary a lot by property, but they can be quirkier. https://skift.com/2016/09/21/every-one-of-marriotts-30-hotel-brands-explained/
I got the CSR based off reviews, but now I wish would’ve gotten the platinum- esp for sky club
I have both CSR and AMEX Platinum. I charge dining and travel purchases to CSR and other things to AMEX and predominantly use AMEX for SkyClub and Centurion lounge access, FHR, Hilton Gold status, and National Executive status. Plus the $200 airline credit (used to buy AA gift cards) and occasional other credits.
Not for flights. Hotels are grey. Other expenses aren’t a big deal. The corp card is easier to use it because it feeds the expense system.
I'd say upgrade your corporate card to platinum. The annual fee is less and you'll still be able to enter SkyLounges and Centurion Lounges.
That being said, once you hit diamond medallion, you have the option of a complimentary SkyLounge access as one of your perks.
So you have to decide if Centurion Lounges are worth the annual fee for the card.
Chances are, you're going to fly Delta. The question is, how quickly will you hit Diamond to get free Skyclub? With the Plat., you're looking at $350 after the $200 airline credit. Will you use the Uber benefits? Do you have GE or PreCheck? Will you fly to a city with a Centurion lounge? Does your firm let you book fliights with the card to get 5x points?
Lot of factors to weigh. Personally, I always have connecting flights with Delta and book them 95% of the time. 35 or so lounge visits last year makes it worth it.
Yes.
Cancel if you hit Diamond on Delta. The fee is worth it
Update: applied for Platinum. Even with >10 years as an Amex customer and a >800 credit score, they still said 7-10 days for an approval decision. Seems...long...given my car loan for >50K was approved in 5 minutes
