How much room I have for negotiation, whats the fair market rate for this level?

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I’ll try to bring it up with them, but I’ll say “if you want to end this feel free” so it doesn’t hurt me (and they can say what they really mean instead of sugarcoating). Someone told me today that they just assume I’m not interested because I always seem to “run” but I’m not sure how to bring up problems/feelings otherwise. How do you approach these hard questions?

Have been working as a consultant for a small tech consulting firm for the past 1 year and was considering a MBA + Law or Public Policy masters dual degree program. My scores are still valid for atleast 1 year. Aiming for M7 or Oxbridge in Europe. Would using this GRE score be realistic for the school given I've just 1 YOE and my quant was lower. I thought I can switch again after a year as job market was goodr. But now I see very less opening and the market is getting back to where it was before.

I have filtered 2 offers out of 4. Below are those 2 offers.
A. Infosys - 14.6lpa including 2lacs variable + 2.5JB + permanent WFH. Indore base location
B. Mphasis- 20.5lpa including 1 lac variable+ 1 lac JB. No WFH. Pune base location.

I live with parents they are not willing for pune as it is far from my hometown and Indore is near to my hometown.
Permanent WFH with infy is the only advantage.
And they says money is not everything that is quiet right.
