I really need your advice i have a total experience of 4 years(2.8 years at infosys prior MBA(IIM) as a business analyst + 1.3 years at Maruti Suzuki post MBA). At maruti i am mostly working on strategy making mostly on excel. Also, handling the process of 2 of the after-sales products for PAN india.
My problem is I am not able to decide in which area should I look forward to make my career
1. Product/project manager (resume not getting shortlisted)
2. Consulting in IT or big 4

Does paid internship in Canada, that relates to my degree count as work experience for express entry? This internship was not required for me to graduate.

If you could restart your career, would you still choose accounting? I have a lot of friends who work in finance, real estate, etc. and make the same or more, and didn’t have to take the CPA. However, I love the stability to being an accountant.

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?

I got an offer from a company A with 90% increment on CTC and in other company B at 130% increment on CTC. I'm totally confused which one to choose. Here are some pointers regarding the two:
1)A has both fixed and variable whereas B has fixed. So 130% will be fixed.
2)A is brand company B is paying really well.
3)B has sure short onsite opportunities.

Current fixed is 9.80 variable is around 80k as per 2020.

FOR 2021 the Hike letters are few days away.

I want to switch but wanted to know what would be decent hike in reputed or mid size org. I would not like to take into consideration the start up as they may pay quite high when compared to a large size organization.

18-20 L fixed is my analysis.
