Last week team dynamics took a turn for the worst (even tho in each retro the team always commend each other, you would think team work is great). Team members get agitated with each other for being slow. 15 YOE, recently started my first tech PR job at a large, stable company & have been asked to get ~20 SMEs in front of media. Subject matter is not sexy. After being in Fishbowl for sometime, I see everyone has something (or many things) they don't like about their company (even MBB, Big 4). From outside those companies look like potential employers for candidates.

I know grass is always looks greener (sometimes actually greener) on the other side.

But what are good consulting firms which is basically perceived good both by employees and potential candidates?

I need your guidance in shaping my career. I have good knowledge in Linux ,shell scripting and python. I have good development knowledge on both. The problem is these are secondary skills and because of that i don't get many interviews. I want to know what i can learn to make a better career with existing skills.

MS Teams Tips:
1. Always prefer to ping someone and check their availability before calling them directly. If someone calls you directly ask them to ping you and check before calling directly.
2. For Groups in Teams, Prefer to mute the notifications, else they would continuously buzz and disturb you.
3. Don’t ping on a weekend or Holiday. If someone does the same, prefer not to reply.
4. Deliberately put the status as offline in teams every Friday evening.
